Super super congee obviously serves congee and noodles which can be boring for some if it is not your cup of tea.
Recently they had Kaya toast 加央多 so I had to try it.
I didn't have any expectations for the toasts because toast is always Hong Kong style toast so what can you expect.
The kaya paste was the star of the show because it is fragrant and sweet.
So overall, it was good that they had something different for once.
Obviously, you can't get it a la carte so it comes with the regular stuff which you can send it to the trash or give it to someone!

Time flies and Ebisoba Ichigen has been in Hong Kong for three years.

Ebisoba Ichigen opens its fourth branch for Christmas at Tuen Man Plaza.

Tomato and curry lovers will be in for a treat with the exclusive Hokkaido tomato ebisoba and Sapporo curry ebisoba.

During the Christmas period you can feast out on the $128 set with a choice of ebisoba /mazesoba, pan fried dumplings, a selected drink and a limited Ichigen Hygiene antibacterial spray.

Personally I liked the Hokkaido tomato ebisoba which is appetizing and has a lovely umami flavour.

They also have the BBQ pork rice and shrimp rice balls.

Currently they are doing a buy one get one free promo on ramen until 20th Dec.

Tinned Fried dace with salted black beans is an accompaniment with rice when there is nothing in the fridge.

You will find it taking modern Fusion dishes to the next level like pasta, Caesar salad and even pizza at the pizzabar of Penta Hotel.

It is not the first visit to pizzabar at Pentahotel because we always come here for this special pizza!

Interestingly it works with cheese too and tastes good on the pizza.

Overall recommended if you like fried dace with black bean but if this is too adventurous, they do have the ordinary pepperoni pizza.

Rise and shine to a good morning with a milestone breakthrough for Green Monday and McDonalds Hong Kong!

We shall be seeing Omnipork luncheon (vegan spam) for breakfast and other toast treats at McCafe.

I was really lucky to get one that was rosy pink and not too burnt like other people have posted.

The taste of the omnipork luncheon was similar to luncheon meat but not as soft with a slight chew to it.

So it really depends if they fried it to perfection otherwise it is going to be hard and too salty.

It's drawing near winter finally, so if you're a local, it is time for hotpots, snake soup and preserved sausages.
At Kee Wah, they have traditional sausages.
There are two types: Chinese sausages and liver sausages.
Both taste great steamed with soy sauce served with rice.
The liver sausages are my favourite because they are like Chinese black pudding while the Chinese sausages are like Chinese chorizos!

Gang Cheng Fen Mian Dim Sum Restaurant or 港城粉麵 is a great place for curry.

It was really good the curry beef came in a separate bowl so the rice does not get soggy from the sauce.

The amount of beef in the bowl was quite generous.
