Previously went to Leitung but didn't realize there was a boat over here hence this second trip.
Discovered this place because I took advantage of the half fare MTR promotion and went to LeiTung where I got the boat over.

I don't know how long this joint has been around but there are no reviews.

Decided to try this place because it stood out selling Hong Kong style fast food with a modern lcd screen showing the food they had.

Decided to get the fish maw mock fin soup and the beancurd skin wontons.
It took a while because the wontons were made to order.
++++
beancurd skin wontons:

The beancurd skin was so crispy that the edges came off when you took it out but it was so delicious because it was so crispy and light.

The filling they put inside the beancurd skin was well chosen because it was the fish paste that you find stuffed into tofu, green peppers etc so it had this lovely fish taste.

++++
The fish maw mock fin soup was just the usual, the texture was very thick and gummy, perhaps the fish maw got completely dissolved.

Since I had lots of beancurd skin crumbs, I decided to put it in the soup.

[Review 5163] To oyster fans @ LIS Cafe

Went here because my friend loves oysters and it does not cost over $400 per person.
It is cheaper on Mondays to Thursdays at $329 per person and $359 per person on weekends and public holidays.

As expected the oyster and seafood bar was a popular pick for people dining there.
Different types of oysters that they have:

As well as oysters, they had other dishes.
For drinks, they have a good variety of teas that would easily please expats and tourists.
I was impressed with the dessert because they had my favourite cherry crumble and this caramel, peanut butter and chocolate bande which tasted like delicious caramel slices in the UK.
One of our mates arrived late when the buffet session was about to end so he ordered the a la carte Tomahawk steak which comes with green tea salt and gravy.

After trying the new Hokkaido salmon burger, I felt that it was such a tiny burger and I didn't like the mentaiko sauce so I decided to get a filet-o-fish and combine it.

I also got a sausage egg muffin because Hong Kong does not have the GERMAN SAUSAGE DOUBLE BEEF BURGER so I used the beef from the Hokkaido salmon beef burger and added the sausage patty to it.

To do this, I got a Hokkaido salmon and beef burger, filet o fish and a sausage egg muffin which came to $55.x.
Hokkaido salmon burger + Filet o Fish!
A stronger fish taste with crispy filet o fish and delicate salmon.

SAUSAGE mUffin + the remains of the Hokkaido salmon beef burger:
My version of the German sausage beef burger that is ONLY available in China.
