This restaurant is situated in a newly built building at the end of Hau Fook road alley which is hard to miss.
It gives a comfortable dining experience.
The price range of their noodles are around $68 dollars with extra service charge on top.
The noodles come with a tiny side dish to accompany the noodles, that day it was spinach.
Basically there are five different soup bases to choose from: pork bone, miso, spicy, salted and soya.
In the previous reviews, there seem to be an order sheet similar to Butao where you can choose your noodle texture to be hard or soft.
But they didnt seem to have it that day.
Anyway ordered noodles in salted soup and the pork bone.
When the pork bone soup was served, you could see how thick it was.
The salted soup wasnt as good as the pork bone one, but the toppings were interesting, it had dried sakura shrimps and dried scallops.
I liked the broths served at this place. however the noodles were were not as nice as Butao even though they where thin.
I never liked Ramen before, but Butao has made me try other ramen places.
Overall the pork broth soup here was the best, but I have only tried the black king and green king at Butao, so I can't compare it with that.
However I did try the pork bone soup at Hide Chan which was also nice, but it tasted better here because I loved how viscous it was and how sticky it was.
