I ordered the Italian grass jelly noodles as take out, because take-out is better than dine-in, the ginger sauce is separated, and you can control how much sauce to mix it.

Also dine-in, they only have spoons and plastic forks to use, and both are difficult to use as you can imagine the difficulty spooning the noodles.

Since that dessert is famous, I think it should be served with chopsticks to emphasize they are noodles.
Even "Sweet heart" serves their mango ho-fun with chopsticks to highlight the fact that the dessert is eaten as noodles.

Other than that, it tasted ok, the ginger was slightly too strong, or if served with chocolate sauce or ice-cream sounds good too.
