There are always good cakes at McCafe, the orange mousse with chocolate is a good match, the citrusness of the orange complements the cocoa sponge.
Also the mousse is slightly heavier than normal mousse mimicking the cheesecake texture. Whether the mousse is light or heavy in texture, it would still taste good.
The appearance of the cake is vibrant with good contrasting colours, dark brown sponge and bright orange mousse.
