Drawing near Christmas, I thought I would eat the more Chrismassy cakes.
Today got the eggnog tart.
Basically the SB's version is a tart filled with sponge cake layer, then cream on top.
The eggnog brandy taste wasn't that strong, the creme was a bit thick. I would have preferred a custard like texture.
So I thought this was a bit of a disappointment to the xmas series.
