Mixed berries mousse cake HKD148:
The appearance of this cake was really pretty, it had a nice fuzzy surface similar to fabric.
It is similar to the heart cake at Chez Shibata.
Anyway, the mousse was lovely and firm made with lots of gelatin that when you cut it, the shape still holds.
In the middle there is sponge, strawberries and jelly and the sweetness of the cake is just right with the lovely tartness of the strawberries.
