When I saw reviews of this places and the pretty puffs I really wanted to go.
Initially I got it mixed up with 18 grams, the coffee shop!
It was located on Aberdeen Street which takes immense effort to get up there.
I was really lucky that Lemon Tea and CKYM went there especially for them.
Thank you my dear foodie buddies.
However it was sad to hear that the owner had an issue with photographs, so please read the reviews below.
I have also experienced a similar issue before with a newly opened shop so I did not bother reviewing them.
Hence for this review I have only posted one photograph.
There were so many flavours that Lemon Tea and CKYM bought.
I tried the VOLTA (Wild Yuzu).
The filling was runny and I loved it, the citrus taste was strong and extremely tart.
But maybe too tart for some!
The choux puff is lightly coated with crispy crumbs just like a Chinese style Mexican bun or Pan dulce.
Once again, Thank you my dear food buddies. I finally tried it.
