I was back again for my favourite chips.
This time I had a jar of mustard which was given to me by La Rotisserie at the tasting.
Initially I planned to use the mustard on the roast chicken at Cheeky Chicken, but it packed up so suddenly.

Chips:
As usual, the chips were perfectly fried and I put plenty of vinegar on it which makes them extremely appetizing.
After having a few, I used the Edmund Fallot mustard on the chips.
It was surprisingly quite good because the mustard had a slightly tart taste and did not have that powerful mustard sting to it.
Edmund Fallot's mustard sauce on chips is definitely good.
