The food at Ootoya used to be good but not anymore.
There used to be branches at Causeway Bay and TST which have closed down.
As I was in the area I dined at Ootoya.

Rice with sides:
0 讚好
The rice was cold and the tofu had a weird bitter taste to it.

Soy sauce was needed to balance out the weird bitter taste of the tofu.

Spoon:
The spoon wasn't very clean because it had some dried water stains on it.
