It was an honor to attend a dinner held by Orbis and Novotel where participants are blindfolded and led to their tables to enjoy a wonderful meal.
The event makes us appreciate the gift of sight and experience the troubles and inconvenience that blind people run into such as pouring drinks, going to buffets and so on.
We can support blind people by donating to Orbis and even a small donation helps.
There are not many photos as we were obviously blindfolded but we were allowed to take off the blindfold for the dessert which was a strawberry cake that was light and sweet with a fresh strawberry on top and a thick layer of strawberry mousse.
