Saw these fancy chiffon cupcakes filled with cream so decided to try them.
They reminded me of these brown sugar cupcakes filled with cream from hoixe.

I got two, one filled with maple custard and cream and the other was chocolate filled with chocolate cream.
The cakes were a bit dry but luckily they were not too sweet.
