At Popsy, it is about appreciating art when you are dining there.
Now you can get your hands on making your own.
On Saturday afternoons you can create your own edible canvas which is much more fun than looking at art.
Each Saturday will feature a different theme, the one I did was inspired by Mondrian incorporated with my style.

Amuse bouche:

A nice warm up with freshly diced seafood.

Maeander:
Pan-Seared Swordfish, Pickled Cucumber Pasta, Fresh Grapes, Green Apple Slices in Wasabi Sauce

The maeander was more intense in terms of colours and taste.

French Style Onion Soup with Crabmeat:

Next was the onion soup which was sweet and loaded with onions and crabmeat.

Tiger Stripes:
Pan-Fried Tiger Prawns, Angel Hair, Zucchini, Sautéed Mushroom with Parmesan Cream Sauce.

Then came the carbs which was angel hair tossed in a creamy sauce.

Infinite Nuances:
There was a choice of crispy pork or beef cheek.
Beef Cheek, Chorizo, Polenta Cake, Sautéed Seasonal Vegetable

I had the beef because I liked the rich sauce and the beef was soft and gelatinous.

Crimson Tide:
Raspberry Layered Cake, Cherry Crumble Raspberry Sauce, Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream

SPRAY COCKTAILS

The spray cocktails are inspired by Elisabeth Sonneck.
Turquoise Ray:
Guava Juice, genever gin, homemade tonic syrup, egg white, lemon juice, peach with red and blue syrup made of blueberry and rose.
Violet Stripes:
Cacao white, Frangelico, Kailua, homemade vanilla vodka, egg white and mint with purple and green syrup made of taro and mint.
