I don't often eat Yakitori because it is meat and more meat but here there is a good variety with tempura as well.
The place is modern decorated with pictures of Einstein and they have an English menu.
Started with edamame Soy Beans.

Then we had Mirin Dried Puffer Tempura which was sweet and soft beacuse the puffer slices were thickly sliced giving it a nice chew.

The star of the show was the mixed seafood Wafer Chirashi Sushi which had minced tuna, Fish roe and Sea urchin and rice which makes it photogenic and fun to eat.

The mackerel tempura was brilliant because the oil was fresh and you can see that the tempura batter is light and crispy with silky fish in the middle and you don't often get mackerel tempura on the menu.
The Hakata Style Small Dumplings were crisp with juicy meat filling in the middle.
For Yakitori we had Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki Rolls with Egg for Dipping.
There were two types:
M7 Wagyu Beef wrapped with Enoki mushrooms and Mizuna;
M7 Wagyu Beef wrapped with wheat bran.
The one I ate had enoki mushrooms and the pairing of beef and juicy mushrooms never go wrong.
Then we had Pork Belly Rolls filled with Hakata Mentaiko Spicy Cod Roe.
This had a salty touch to it and it was filled with so much mentaiko in the middle.

Ox Tongue Skewer:
(I didn't try this)
For shellfish, there was Hokkigai, Whelks, and Scallops which was cooked in broth leaving it tasting sweet and natrual because fresh shellfish does not really need strong condiments.
Next was the Hakata Grilled Pork Knuckle which I really liked because it was soft and gelatinous with a nice salty taste to it.
These Tokuhsima Awaodori Chicken Wings were huge and they were crispy and salty.
As we were still a bit peckish, we had grilled rice balls with pork and miso, they were crispy and soft in the middle flavoured by the miso.
Dessert was warabi mochi which was soft and sweet.
Sake Cucumber Mojito:
Apple Sabi:
If you drink sake, the apple sabi is fun because you can add pieces of apple and wasabi to the drink.
There is a sachet of popping candy to make the sake experience even more fun.
I had the Lychee Refresh which was appetizing because it was a concoction of lychee and cranberry juice.
