Bari-uma
(ramen with chashu)
I ordered the classic ramen which came with a piece of chashu and bamboo shoots.
For me, the most important thing is the ramen and broth.
They served the thin noodles which is the one I like and the broth was not too oily or salty but flavourful enough.
++++++
Gyoza:
This was the most basic gyoza and it had a lovely wafer thin skirt.
The filling was really good, the pork and chives were fresh complemented by the gyoza sauce.
++++++
Spicy Gyoza:
This was the same as above but it was covered with hot sauce which was very spicy.
++++++
Age-mayo-Gyoza:
This was just as nice as the gyoza but as it was fried, the dumpling skin was crispy.
++++++
Kaarage:
The fried chicken bites were ok but I think the gyozas are more recommendable.
++++++
Chashu-mayo rice:
For those who don't eat ramen, this is a rice option topped with pork and mayonnaise.
++++++
Japanese green tea icecream:
The icecream is served in a cute wooden tub and I liked the bits of tea leaves sprinkled on top which gives the green tea icecream more texture.
