I haven't really tried these noodles before but there is a famous one in Jordan.
I just know that the soup is meant to be thick and it contains shiitake mushrooms, pork fat, peanuts and some spicy pickles.
The ones here were good because I liked the way they put the condiments separately so you can put some or all.
I found the broth watery, other than than it was like chopped up udon noodles in broth.
