At Charlie's Chili Kitchen, they specialize in stir fried spicy dishes or spicy bowls.
Bascially you choose either style with a minimum of five items from the menu or there is a set which makes it simple for $138 that is enough for two people.

I couldn't make up my mind so I went for the set which comes with two rices.
There is a choice of prawns, seafood, frogs legs, vegetarian, pork trotters.

I chose the pork trotters with a spiciness level of gentle.
The portion was big and the spiciness was just right for me and I found it so appetizing and addictive that I managed 1.5 bowls of rice.
