Fine dinner in K Town

To be honest, I haven't had much luck with restaurants in this group because every time I go the restaurant is full or they have changed the menu.
This time the restaurant had a table when we got there.
Here was what we had:

Duck Rillette and everything:
On the board was duck rillette, saucisson, Bayonne ham, pork pate, liver pate with quince and pickles.
A nice selection to start with, my favourite was the ham and pates.

Escargots on Bone Marrow, Herb Butter.
This was evil and delicious. Fatty bone marrow topped with escargots laced in herb butter.

Mussels in White Wine:
Evidently fresh mussels and it was cooked in strong white wine.

Soy Glazed Iberico Pork ‘Pluma’, Haricot Verts:
I liked the soy glazed because it gave it a lovely sweet Asian roasted flavour and it was paired with my favourite French beans.

Roasted Lamb Rack, Vegetables A La Provencale:
The lamb was surprising tender and supple so I loved it.
