Fairwood is expensive and usually a waste of money because the food isn't good and it is self service.
Anyway, they now bring your food over in the evenings.
There wasn't much to choose on the menu so I chose bittermelon but it was risky because the bittermelon is probably not well cooked.
My suspicions were true and they crisp and horrible.
The sauce wasn't good either because there were lots of black charred bits.
(NOT BLACK PEPPER OR BLACK BEANS)
Luckily, something tasted good in the dish and that was the tomatoes and the soup!!
The other dish was rice with preserved sausages.
