After trying the Beetroot mousse cake, I decided to come back for dinner.
Started with smoothie which was sweet and refreshing.

I liked the cutlery, they were small with non slip rubber grips which makes it really ergonomic and comfy for small hands to use.

I was recommended The Staff Devilled eggs which have a modern Chinese twist to it with finely chopped spinach, salted egg yolk and preserved egg.
It was really delicious because the filling does not taste heavy and it goes well with the silky egg white.
For the mains, I had the chicken which looked so human with those legs wide apart ready for a OB/GYN examination !!
I wish I took a picture in that angle !!
The chicken was crispy and tender but the sauce was a bit too creamy for my liking.
It came buttered rice with carrots.
For dessert I had the bread and butter pudding which was made with decent baguette pieces because the bread pieces were crispy and airy.
Last but not least was my favourite dessert, the golden fondant with icecream, also made with salted egg.I loved that thick custard filling with a salty twist to it.
I had the Beetroot mousse cake again because I love that silky whipped light cream texture with a strong beetroot taste that is not too sweet. There is freshly grated beetroot on top which enhances the beetroot flavour even more.
I didn't try the breakfast but I liked the quirky names!!There is a choice of All day, All month, All year and All life BREAKFAST!!!
