Before I went, I had a quick look at the reviews to see what noodles they serve because I only like the thin ones but I kept seeing photos of both.
When I got there, I found out there was a choice of thin or thick.
The broth is clam based so it tastes like the broth you get from clams and sake with ramen added to it.
We had two noodles, one with uni and one with pine crabs legs.
It just depends on what you favour because the noodle and broth tastes the same.
For snacks had the gyozas and ox tongue.
The gyozas were ok but I wished they were crispier.
My friend had the ox tongues.
