Sichuan fare that isn't too fiery

I love Sichuan food so tried this place.
Arrived early and had drinks first as the others haven't arrived yet.
There is a bar on the first floor and I love the candle holder which is filled with dried chilis!
Started with the tequila colada which had a good coconut milk base that prepares your stomach for spicy food but the food wasn't as spicy as anticipated.
The tequila colada was refreshing with a subtle pineapple taste as well as coconut.
After the others arrived, we went to the second floor where it was nicely decorated.
Started with some appetizers: Sliced pork with chili and garlic, ox tongue and tripe medley and okra with ginger sauce.
Sliced pork with chili and garlic:
As well as pork, they had these dough pieces called ears which was similar to Spatzle.
ox tongue and tripe medley:
The tripe medley was a great starter because I love springy meaty tripe infused in an aromatic spicy oil.
The okra with ginger sauce was a light and healthy jazzed up by the fiery ginger sauce.
Moved on to the Seafood bean soup which tasted like pumpkin soup with tiny pieces of grains that looked like couscous. There was lots of seafood in it.
For the mains, had the Diced chicken with chili and cashews which tasted quite sweet.
The Dry braised prawns were huge and succulent.
The crispy fish in spicy sauce was not spicy at all but slightly sweet.
The Cheungdu roasted duck is a bit different to Cantonese roast duck because it came with a delicious gravy which complimented rice perfectly as it was flavoured with lots of Sichuan spices.
Finished off with the fermented glutinous rice with clear jelly.
It was such a good dessert to finish off with because it was not too sweet.
A good place for fine Sichuan food that is not too spicy.
