Apparently, they do good Cantonese BBQ so tried this place.
Started with a mix of intestines, tofu and soya egg.
The marinade was quite strong and tasty so everything well flavoured.The star of the show was the BBQ pork, it was sweet and moist, while the pork was tender and soft.
The pork knuckles were a bit too elastic for my liking.A good option for buying roast meat but it can be pricey for its location.
