一番風味 Crabtain Restaurant

I am so gutted I missed the crab congee because it is summer now so the lady who served us suggested Typhoon Shelter crab and some other dishes.
My mind was still on the congee so I didn't have any expectations of the other dishes.
From the outside, the restaurant does not look big but inside it was huge and offers good privacy.
Started with steamed Mantis prawns with egg and Chinese wine.
I was shocked how silky smooth the egg was and it was infused with a lovely Chinese wine taste.
Next the star of the show was the crab. It was fresh and there was a lot of sea water in the crab that dripped when you ate.
The prawns coated in salted egg yolk looked difficult to eat because I thought the shells were still on but they were not.
