I love strawberries and cream and cream cakes with strawberries so this Omelette cake appealed to me.It looked more like a hotdog though.
The colour of the cake was very yellow just like most cakes in Hong Kong.
For some reason they like to make everything yellow.
Anyway, the cream was good and it was whipped cream that was unsweetened, strawberries were not fresh as they had that mushy texture.
The cake part was disappointing as it was very coarse and crumbly.
