Cambo used to be popular with branches on Sai Yee Street and Langham Food Court etc but not anymore I guess!
Went here randomly and the menu has changed quite a bit.
Anyway, had the duck noodles which looked promising when it arrived in that dark broth with a fragrant basil smell.
The only thing that killed it was the sweetness of the broth and the duck had been cooked for too long as it was too dry and tough.
