As well as your daily intake of water, fruit and veg etc, calcium is important too!
At Pow Cha, I like their signature milk series and if you are vegan, they have soy milk as well!!
I had the Snow Panther {Milk, black sugar and Taiwanese pearls} which was quite nice because it wasn't too sweet and it is mainly milk so you could taste the milk as well as the black sugar.
My friend got the Black Panther {Black sugar and Black sesame soy milk} which was on promotion so it was only $15 for such a big drink!!
As it was soy milk, it wasn't as heavy as milk but still nice.
