Went to my favourite joint nearby but the star of the show was sold out so I left and walked in here because it was empty.
They serve cart noodles so I just settled for some noodles.
To my surprise, the condiments and Crispy Pork Lard turned out to be the best especially the curry sauce which tastes so good when it is mixed with the noodles.
I don't like pork lard, but it looked fresh and crispy.
It was so damn good as there was no rancid smell or taste and it was crunchy all the way through.
Crispy Pork Lard is a bit like Pork Scratchings but not as crunchy and the texture is light and crispy.
The noodles were boring at first but were saved by the sauces and Crispy pork lard.
