Homie Cookies (尖沙咀)
This was my first time trying Homie Cookies even though they have been around for quite a while. There was a cookie counter at K11 with lots of flavours. I was attracted to the salted egg because I thought it would be interesting. The texture of the cookie was soft and crumbly but not quite the chewy texture I was looking for. As for the taste, it was not too soft and the salted egg yolk flavour came through but without the saltiness so the flavour was quite light.
