I have had trouble getting good Indian food on the Kowloon side but if you know where to look then you will find a lot.
Discovered this restaurant after dining at Anjappar.
What I like about this restaurant is that they have branches around the world which means they are really good with a uniform standard that should be the same worldwide.
Kailash Parbat is a modern Indian restaurant like Juhu Beach in Central which sadly closed down but the prices here are pricey but not as pricey as Central.
I ended up having the Lokandwala Frankierolls which are similar to wraps but much better stuffed with potato cheese masala served with spicy chips, pickled onions & green mint chutney
These rolls were really tasty but somehow couldn't find the spicy chips, pickled onions & green mint chutney.
Also had the PATTICE CHEESE GRILLs which are just like grilled cheese:
They were filled with Ragda Pattice & cheese so another satisfying toastie and the crisps on the side help to give it some saltiness when you eat them together.
Drinks got even better, I love anything with cumin so had the coke and Masala Jaljeera.
The coke masala so was so damn good, it was a bit like coke with salted lemon.
The Masala Jaljeera was even better because it didn't have the sweetness of the coke, therefore it was more refreshing.
