Chicken broth ramen

Most ramen broths revolve around pork bone which can be quite heavy.I was attracted to Aoi because it stood out on Ichang street being bright yellow.
They specialize in chicken broth ramen and on the menu there is a chicken and yuzu ramen which I really wanted to try.
There were lots of soft drinks from Japan
On the table, there was ramen black pepper, yuzu and chili oil.
The wasabi ginger ale wasn't as spicy as expected and the ginger was more prominent than the wasabi with a sweet fizz.
The other soda was cute and that's it.
The star of the show was the chicken and yuzu ramen, when it came, there was a spoonful of yuzu puree which you have to mix into the broth.
Tried the soup before mixing and it was strong chicken soup without the oiliness.
After mixing the yuzu it made the broth more refreshing but didn't give it any tartness.

In the bowl, you get a slice of pork and compressed chicken meat which had been shaped into chicken rolls but all good.
Also had the dumplings which gave a nice crunch as it had soft bone cartilage but the sauce could have been better as it was just soy sauce when I was expecting gyoza sauce or something tart.
The ramen of the week was black garlic which was super strong compared to the chicken.

Overall, I would recommend the original one or the chicken yuzu but since the yuzu puree isn't tart, you can get the yuzu effect by adding the yuzu condiment on the table.
