I am a fan of Prince Siumai so whenever I see it I have to get some.
Spotted this joint in Shek Kip Mei which was a crossover of [Prince Siumai x Bao Dim Sin Seng].
There is a bar table at the far end but there was an unpleasant smell coming from somewhere.
Anyway, decided to get the black and white which cost HKD15 for each portion.
I found the siu mai really salty or perhaps it was the soy sauce.
Overall, quite nice and looking forward to more new shops opening.
Next time I will remember to ask them to not put the soy sauce because it is too salty.
