Pork Knuckle is served almost every where in Western style restaurants in Hong Kong because they are easy to serve and readily available from suppliers.
The pork knuckle at IKEA is probably worth trying because it does not come from local suppliers and it only costs HKD63.
I thought it was definitely good because it came with potatoes, gravy and sauerkraut.
The knuckle meat was soft inside with a nice salty flavour to it that wasn't over salty while the sauerkraut complimented it nicely.
