Another popular choice in Kwai hing for food with set lunches available at lunch.
If their in a good mood, you sometimes get dessert. The soup that usually comes with it, is cold, cos their air con is quite cold.
but the good thing is, their lunches you can choose rice or pasta to go with it.
Usually packed at lunch times, so they like to chuck u out pretty fast

As this shop is located in Kwai Hing, not much choice around there to eat.
So sometimes I would get some snacks from here, dosn't taste that good, also the woman who serves you has an attitude problem, she tries to be quick, so if your slow or still deciding, she ignores you.
Unless there is no other choice, I would not come here.

A few years ago, this shop was opened. I wondered if it would survive in a hard to spot location.
A small little cafe with not much seating, relatively expensive compared to other restaurants in the area, as this is an industrial area. Nicely decorated.
Glad to see, it has survived, although the portions are small, the soup and the main dish is usually quite good, something different to the chinese style cafes around the area.

This Pub/restaurant which I dined in \March is finally listed.
At the time, it was spring, not too cold an not too hot. I walked past and saw a menu for roast pork, so I went it to try it.
It is located in the Warney Guangdong hotel, at the lower ground floor, almost like a secluded wine cellar.
But when you get down there, it is a very Irish style pub, and there are three comfy more private compartments on the side. So I sat there.
Ordered the Roast pork, and All day scottish breakfast which had Square sliced sausage, breakfast sausage, potato scone, mushrooms, tomato, bacon, eggs, black pudding, haggis balls, sautéed onion potato, baked beans and toast.
In general the breakfast was ok, a bit greasy, cos I think the oil wasnt that fresh. The roast pork was a big dish too, which apple sauce and the usual vegs.

Located in the back end of Wanchai, I was amazed at the variety and choice for lunch they had, so I will have to try all of them.
The lunch sets vary from burgers, kebabs, to salad.
The main thing I would recommend would be the salads, more than one, caesar, tuna nicoise and others. So if your a vegan you can have a good variety, same with the burgers, they do vegetarian.
First of all the salad I ordered was the Tuna Nicoise, plenty of tuna, vegs, green beans etc. Also drinks and starter is included!

Although the portions are quite small, it tasted quite good.
The wonton noodles in soup was quite small (rice bowl size), same with the beef belly and tendon noodles in sauce.
The beef belly and tendon noodles in sauce were great, the noodles didnt have an alkaline taste to it. But my friend told me that it was some sort of hand made bamboo noodles, so thats probably why.
The soup base tasted ok too, none of that fishy flavour or shrimp roe in it.

Oh these mini krispy kremes r so cute, even if u don't eat them, u should take a look.
They cost $7 each.
Anyway its about time they did something like that, as I was getting bored of KK, I have tried most of their flavours.
I got 3, which is equivalent to one donut: coconut, pandan and creamy cheese.
The creamy cheese is just similar to the new york cheese, but a bit lighter in topping and sweetness. Same with the others.
