Normally I would not eat in crapholes in Sai Kung, but was forced to.

Arrived at the entrance, and its pathetic automatic door wouldnt open,
so one of their waiters had to manually open it.

As with all crappy Sai Kung food, I picked chicken rice and steamed fish with rice to be safe.
The chicken was served on top of the rice with many small pieces of broken bones on it.
The fish was a disaster, a seafood restaurant that serves disgusting steamed fish!!!
The fish reeked of oil, and the dish had a thick film of oil on top of it.

The final thing to top it up was the hidden charge for Chinese tea, which I couldn't find anywhere on the menu or front door.

I was very impressed with the ravioli here.

It wasnt the sickly carbonara creaminess but a nice cheesy sauce without the stringy cheese.

If sunkee had this sauce for their instant noodles it would be a perfect match.
i reckon this is the type of sauce JasnBV was talking about in his earlier review to match the instant noodles, a cheesier sauce.

As for the steak and pasta, it was Chinese cafe standards, not worth ordering.

The dessert was ok, a weird combination of red beans, jelly, cream puffs and ice-cream.

The prices here are relatively cheap, however food is not that authentic.
From the list of choices, the range is neither big nor small, but there are a few things that are quite nice.
Pandan puffs, green papaya salad, and a good choice of drinks.

Went here twice, first time it was good, but the second time the food wasn't that good.

There are a few things worth having: fish soup, roasted gingko nuts, tempura (depends on the oil that day), soba noodles.

The sushi is good, the rice portion is small in comparison with the fish.

After trying the chicken nuggets with chili and lime sauce at McDonalds, I got the chili and lime flavoured fried chicken at KFC which was interesting.

The KFC version is chicken covered in chili and lime coating.

The chili was finely grounded which made it very hot, and you can taste the occasional lime flavouring in it.
Overall it tasted like tom yum kung fried chicken!

Finally got a real potato salad with proper creamy mayonnaise and finely chopped chives.
Overall, it was very nice but the potatoes could have been softer.

Didn't intend to write about this dish, but since its different, decided to.

Ordered it by accident, thinking it was sweet and sour fish or meat, but it turned out to be fried dough stick instead.
So overall it is very cheap in terms of ingredients, but it tasted quite nice, a bit like dipping dough sticks in sweet and sour sauce.
