Came here again for Roast pork, however this time it tasted different.
It still tasted nice however it was much softer than the first time.
The meat was much leaner and it was not dry at all.
The surface of the Roast pork was not burnt and had no crispy bits like the Roast you get from Joy Hing.

The roasted ribs looked good at the counter so bought some.
I was looking forward to eating them off the bone but I did not know that when you order them they are chopped into smaller pieces.
Anyway it tastes the same as the Roast pork there but the meat is dry and firm.
The price for these ribs were HKD25.

Got the mock sharks fin soup and it tasted really bland.

There was not much ingredients in the soup.
It was about 95% soup and 5% black fungus, egg and chicken.
The taste of the soup was really bland and does not tastes as strong as the 7-11's version.

The new asiaroma teas were quite attractive especially the poster.

It is quite good that there are new teas on the menu for non coffee drinkers.

The two new drinks in this series are Himalayan Tea and Soy Green tea which is available hot or cold.
The Himalayan tea is Himalayan tea with fresh milk topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon and the Soy green tea is sweet green tea with soy milk with whipped cream and green tea powder on top.

After trying the Himalayan tea which was really nice I got the Soy Green tea.

After taking the first sip, I was surprised the taste of the soy milk was quite strong but the green tea taste but still prominent.
The taste of the soymilk leaves a savoury aftertaste when you swallow it.
The drink reminded me of the Japanese roasted rice teas.
Overall I really liked this drink because the savoury taste of the soymilk balances out the grassyness and bitterness of the green tea taste.
The sweetness was just right and it is recommended to finish the drink as soon as possible before the ice melts and dilutes the drink.

Havent been here for ages, so decided to get some Pandan flavoured Mexican buns.
They were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
I felt that on this visit the buns were sweeter and the pandan taste was not that strong.

I love the sandwiches here because I can get a proper sandwich that is not Chinese style.
The sauce and the cheese is not Chinese which is great.
The sauce is proper western mustard which is not sweet and the cheese as you can see is not the processed cheese slices.

Anyway the sandwich I had was plain, simple and delicious with cucumber slices, tomatoes, cheese, mustard and thinly sliced roast beef!

All the sandwiches are freshly made that day and you can request for special sandwiches to be made as well.

Got the beef burger bento at Tokyo Bento which is similar to the one at Kitchen J but cheaper.
I do not like beef so if they had chicken or fish to choose from with plum sauce it would be great.
The plum sauce colour was dark burgandy and the taste was really similar to tomato ketchup.
As usual the bento box comes with rice, pickles and mashed potato in mayonnaise sauce.
