Milk cap Green forest tea:
Tried this drink because it was new, but on the poster it does not really say what it is and when I asked the staff they said it was just tea so that was really helpful.
The original one is just jasmine tea with a layer of buttery milk cream on top, this one was visually green which matches its name green forest, but the tea was the same as the original one and it was jasmine.
As for the cream it was lime green and I couldn't taste any difference in it compared to the original one.

Fresh Lemon chicken salad:
This small packet of salad looked appetizing so decided to get it.
Basically it was julienne carrots, onions, cucumber and shredded chicken in lemon juice with some chinese White vinegar.
Overall it was nice and refreshing, I would have preferred the lemon to be stronger.

Tried the fried chicken last time, so decided to try the roast spring chicken because they have a rotating rotisserie which came from the previous shop Roast Sai Kung.

Roast spring chicken:
The spring chicken was nice and tender and not dry.
There was lots of herbs and gravy on the surface of the chicken.
Admittedly it tastes better than the roast chicken at Roast Sai Kung before because now they serve roasted spring chicken instead of normal chicken.
It tastes like Western inspired Chinese style roast chicken.

 Pasta:
The pasta was too soft and the cauliflower and broccoli (which cannot be seen in the photo) that came with it was too hard and could have been blanched for longer.
There was a choice of black pepper gravy or ordinary gravy for the pasta.

Snack platter:
On the English menu the snack platter has: chicken fingers, cheese broccoli and fried macaroni and cheese.
Basically all the items were over fried.
The chicken fingers were tinier than expected and they had bits of sweetcorn in it and later I found out that from the Chinese menu it stated that they were chicken and sweet corn.

Much the same as the other cup desserts in the past, this dessert has different layers.
The bottom layer is crunchy chocolate flakes, then on top of it is chocolate sponge, then chocolate mousse topped with dark chocolate curls and a glazed strawberry on top to garnish it.
Overall, I liked most the elements except for the crunchy cornflakes at the bottom.

I have always liked Peking pancakes with duck and Hoisin sauce served overseas but the ones you get in Hong Kong are just fatty duck skin.

Anyway came here especially for the chicken version of Peking Duck.

There are two set meals: the first comes with two pieces of chicken, egg tart, Peking twister and soft drink, the other meal comes with twister, one pieces of chicken, gravy and mashed potato and a soft drink.
I preferred the one with mashed potato because I do not like KFC's oily egg tarts but there is only one piece of chicken.
The second meal actually comes with two pieces of chicken wings but you can change it to a piece of chicken which I did.

Peking twister:
It tasted as nice as I expected it to be especially the wrap because it was thicker and slightly tougher than the pancakes used for the Peking duck, and there was generous sauce in it.
There was cucumber and spring onions inside the twister as you would expect.

Mashed potato with gravy
The texture of the mash just tasted like liquid starch.

After the last hot dog I was already craving for another, so went for another one and had the eggs benedict as well.
This time I tried the Piri Miso dog which has grated radish, miso sauce and seaweed.
I asked for the spring onions instead of the seaweed.

Piri Miso Hot dog - $28
The miso sauce was darker than the Ponzu sauce and the hot dog bun was crispier this time.
Again I really liked this hot dog and the hot dogs I have tried at Juicy J's because they are the best fusion hot dogs I have ever tried because of the sauce, bun, grated radish and spring onions.
MOS Burger and Freshness burger also have hot dogs but they do not taste as good as the ones here and it is just Japanese Mayo.

J's Eggs benedict $48
This was a set for $48 which was really reasonable in terms of price.
It was a muffin split into two each with a poached egg on top with Hollandaise sauce.
There was fried potato wedges and salad to accompany it.
I was really surprised because the Hollandaise sauce was thick and the taste was how it should be, the quality was as good as The Flying Pan.
I felt the muffin was too crispy that day, but the eggs were poached just right with a runny centre.
I really loved the sauce and wish there was more Hollandaise sauce!
The potato wedges were really nice too and the oil was fresh so the wedges kept the potatoey taste and the flavoured coating on the wedges were extremely delicious.

Tea:
The set came with tea which was also impressive because there was a choice of English breakfast tea, Earl Grey, Jasmine, green tea with lemon.

It was a perfect finish to my eggs and benedict with some real proper tea!
The tea was served in a proper way too, the tea bag was immersed in boiling hot water and milk and sugar were given as well.

Tried a sweet crepe this time and the crepe mixture was different to the savoury one.
I ordered the Raspberry jam crepe HKD15 and asked for extra cream as well.
The cream was freshly whipped by the owner.
Again, I really liked it because the crepe was fresh and hot.
