Rice rolls with dried shrimp and spring onions:
Ordered the rice rolls for $10.
They tasted nicer this time because there was no weird smell in the rice rolls.
The rice rolls were al-dente. The chili sauce that they use is really spicy so I suggest taking a sachet of chili from their condiments section and just have whatever sauces you wanted added in.

Came here for hot pot.
Compared to other hotpot places I have tried before you only get soy sauce and garlic for dipping, anything extra is charged.

This was fun to eat, it was like eating thick rubber which popped.

The curry sauce was really nice, it was really spicy too and tasted lovely with the rice.

Had someone visiting so decided to get some fruit tarts from North Point's Arome Bakery Room to share.
It it all about being healthy these days so chose these fruit tarts over cream cakes.
Although fruits tarts are sweet as well, the sugar can be burned off with exercise!
There were six flavours but the chestnut one was sold out, so got one each of the rest of the remaining flavours which were: blueberry, strawberry, mango, white peach and mixed fruit.
All these had custard filling beneath it.
For Westerners I suggest choosing the blueberries or the strawberry one and for Asian flavours mango and mixed fruit.

Out of the five this one and the strawberry one are the least sweet.
The strong berry sauce and the custard were nice together.

Came here with some friends to try this new restaurant.
I originally suggested this restaurant in MK which I have tried but this one was new so I prefer dining at restaurants that I have not tried before.

Grilled bacon oyster roll:
Bacon and oysters always go together.
Usually oysters are baked with bacon, so I found the concept of this interesting because it was an oyster wrapped in bacon and grilled without the cheese.
It was really delicious because it was not the heavy and the oyster got its saltiness from the bacon and it had a nice gentle grilled and smoked taste.

Grilled gingko:
These were my favourite because the gingko was not bitter.

Goose liver with scallop fried rice:
For the goose liver they ask you how well you want it done which is really good.
The fried rice was delicious, there were fine chives in it which gave it a nice taste and gentle crunch.

Chicken wings with fish roe:
The photo does not show the fish roe properly but the grilled wings were delicious, the bones were removed and it was stuffed with fish roes.
The fish roe was not too salty either.

Cheese mochi:
The shape of this was different to the Japanese mochi at other restaurant, the surface was slightly different too, slightly flakey.
It had a nice sweet smell too which was interesting.

Chicken Tulip:
They visually looked like tulips because one of the bones are taken out from the chicken wings and the chicken meat that is attached to the bone is turned inside out.
The coating was delicious and light.

Mochi taro icecream tempura:
This was amazing, the tempura batter was light.
Basically it was a real mochi in there. I loved the way the ice-cream was partially melted.
The chewy mochi skin and the crisp tempura were an interesting combination.

Came here randomly as I did not know what to eat, when I was walking down that road Tempo tissues were giving out tissue samples which came handy later on.

The noodles were piping hot so it took me a while to finish it.
The fan was a bit annoying because my hair kept flying in my face.
When the noodles finally cooled down they were too soft.
Luckily it was not too spicy but there were pieces of chili seeds and other herbs in the soup.
The soup was slightly sour.
As I was not good with chopsticks I splashed soup everywhere so the tissue came in handy!

I got my favourite sandwich from La Rose Noire Bakery again.
The quality of this sandwich varies. Sometimes there is a lot of mayonnaise and sometimes the chicken is dry.
This time the chicken was tender and perfect and there was a lot of mayonnaise.
The tikka taste was nice and strong and the cucumbers were soothing and balanced out the tikka spices.
