Beef curry:

The beef curry was nice and strong and the amount of beef in it was generous.

Stir fried kale:

I did not like this much because the kale vegetables were not cut, so they were quite difficult to eat.

This was quite nice however the goose intestines were really chewy.
They tasted like chewy squid.

Although this place is famous for curry, I tried their pork chop with tomato sauce today.

Pork chop with tomato sauce:
The pork chop was nice and soft, there was a decent amount of pork chop after the bones and fat.
The pork tomato and tomato sauce were quite nice together and it tasted a better combination than chicken and tomato sauce because the pork had a stronger taste.

I do not usually come here unless they have new items or interesting things because their food and beverages are expensive.
The last visit was in June when they had the London Fog.

This time they had the White truffle hot chocolate drink so I came here for that.

White truffle hot chocolate drink HKD48:
When it came, the cup had a straw with a flag attached to it.

After removing the lid, it just looked like ordinary hot chocolate with melted whipped cream, however you could smell strong white truffle.


The drink was not even piping hot so I finished it quite quickly.
At the bottom of the cup I found some pieces, I doubt they were white truffle pieces especially for that size it would be expensive.
After I tried them, it turns out they were pieces of chestnuts which was quite strange because it was not listed on the poster.

Saw these cute mini rice bowls, as well as BBQ pork they had Spicy pork too which I did not take a picture of.

Mini BBQ pork rice bowls:
I thought this was cute so decided to get it.
The mini bowl of rice came with a lid too and the rice was piping hot.
The pork pieces were not as big as in the product shot and they were cut into really small pieces.
Some were just pieces of fat too.
Luckily the gravy was not too sweet so it tasted quite nice.
The size of the bowl was the same as the bowls used for their miso soup.

Gyozas:
The gyozas could have been put more neatly, some were facing the wrong way and upside down!
It was not grilled uniformly and you can see white powder on one of them.


As for the taste it was quite nice but the skin was not crispy enough.

Saw these mini chocolate tarts at Pie and Tarts specialists so decided to try them.
They should have labelled the cost for a single tart as well!
They had the usual selection of pies as well.

Mini chocolate tart:

Got the mini chocolate tart which did not look like a chocolate tart at all.
The top of the tart looked more like heavy thick cream.
Indeed it was heavy thick cream,
I did not like it because it just tasted of chocolate flavoured artificial cream with their signature buttery tart base.

I arrived too late so the rice rolls were sold out.
They only had the fried dough sticks left so I got that instead.

These rice rolls were delicious, they were crispy and chewy inside with the lovely smell of the spices they use.
It was not as oily as I expected.
