After a trying their falafel burger, I was craving for more so came back another day for it.

Falafel burger in a bowl:

Decided to go light and have salad for an extra $20 without the bun.
It was freshly tossed baby spinach leaves in vinaigrette.
The burger sauces were served separately which was great and the falafel patty was as tasty as before with hints of cumin and delicious lentils.

Lemonade and mint:

I loved their fresh lemonade which was such a thirst quencher wiht a hint of mint.

Apple pie:

I loved their apple pie and requested to have cream instead of custard.

The whole combination was just divine because the thick cream emulsion paired well with the gently tart apple pie.

On the previous visit, they had organic Heinz ketchup.
This time they had ketchup from Essex.

A while ago I stumbled upon this new branch of Dolci 2/3 when I went to Holly Brown.
It was going to open that day but as I was busy I came back another day.
A few days later, I had a tasting in central, so the new branch was a perfect place to have a drink beforehand.
Although Dolci is famous for gelatos and cakes, they had pies and quiches.
There are sandwiches if you need something more filling.
For the gelatos, they had 14 choices to choose from!!!
A lovely tea selection.

Salmon quiche $30:

The salmon quiche was really good because the thickness of the pastry was just right.
I loved the hints of cheese and chunky pieces of salmon embedded in the quiche.

Pistachio florentine:

Made with 66% French chocolate, pistachios and crunchy caramel.
This was divine, you could see there was so much pistachio in it and some crunchy caramel that held it together coated in chocolate.
It was like eating a lovely pistachio brittle and each element did not over power each other.
The texture and taste of the caramel was really nice because it was crunchy with a roasted taste.

Earl grey tea:

To finish off I had my favourite Earl grey tea which had loose leaves in the teabag that give it that rich earthy aromatic taste.

I was early for a tasting so stumbled upon this new branch of Sense Dessert.
A while ago I made a trek into Yuen Long to try this place.

Furano 3.7 milk pudding and Earl grey (with meringue):
Note: The product shot and actual dessert look slightly different because there is no cream as shown on the picture.
The earl grey was really milky and creamy with a strong earl grey taste, while the meringue was really sweet on its own.
After combining the two, the creaminess of the earl grey was balanced by the sweetness of the meringue pieces.

Coffee icecream:

Not my favourite flavour, but it tasted ok.
This was given free to every customer during their trial operations period.

Water was not given, but provided if you ask because the table next to me asked and they gave it to them.
It would have been nice if they offered me some water as well while they are at it!!

Randomly came here because the restaurants nearby just serve seafood and I was not really looking for seafood.
Basically it reminds me of those old village houses in Sai Kung because of the green tiled floors.
The menu was simple, they had rices and noodles.

Rice with chicken wings and five spice meat:

The food was not really exciting but the chicken wings were delicious and crispy with all the fat burnt out during the frying process complement by their sweet soy sauce which made it delicious with the rice.

It was nice to see another Irish place open up because there are not many Irish restaurants in Hong Kong.
O'Phillie's irish restaurant & pub is now a new competitor for Delaney's.
So far, I have only tried their lunch and brunch so I can't compare their roast yet.
The decor of this place is green and Celtic just what you would expect for the Irish culture.
The brunch menu was quite good, for the Full Irish breakfast, there was a half portion option.
I wonder if you would get half a black pudding in the half portion.

Here was what I ordered:

Smoked salmon scramble:

There was no apricot jam given as stated on the menu.
The scrambled egg was quite nice but the salmon could have been fresher because it tasted a bit fishy.
The Dublin hash was just an ordinary hash brown.

Bewitching "Full" Irish breakfast:
I loved the name "Bewitching" for a breakfast because it sounded enchanting.
The full breakfast had: two pork sausages, two pieces of Irish smoked maple bacon, award winning black pudding, grilled tomato, baked beans, eggs, Dublin hash brown and toast with apricot jam.
When it arrived, there was no apricot jam or black pudding so I informed the waitor.
The Dublin hash was a bit disappointing because it was just the usual hash browns and they were quite oily.

Black pudding:

The missing black pudding was served when I nearly finished the breakfast.
It was different to the ones I have had before whch come in slices and the black pudding skin was very tough to slice.
