Tin Lok Bakery started off in Sheung Wan and Wan Chai.
Now they have a shop in Quarry Bay.
Tried the pandan cake which was dry and tasteless with dehydrated edges.
There was no pandan taste but a strong coconut flavour.
A bit overpriced since it didn't taste good.

Tried the choi pong hae e-fu noodles which is basically e-fu noodles topped with scrambled egg white that resembles crabmeat.
It was a bit bland and the egg white was too oily for my liking but there was lots of prawn in it.
The noodles were ok but tasteless.

After trying the softserve, I decided to try the food.
Tried the pasta in soup which was not even hot, the slice of pork was the worst because it was not fresh and had this weird pork taste.
The scrambled egg was disappointing because it just tasted like a rubbery omelette and the bread was the usual sweet bread.
The udon sauce was syrupy sweet.
Coffee was sooooooooooooooooooo bitter.
The only thing that was good was the raspberry danish.

Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday a while ago.
Mithu the lovely cat was there but he was really vain that day and kept staring at his reflection.
Anyway, we had the dessert cup and the green tea matcha cake.
The dessert cup is colourful with a contrast of red and green.
It was my first time trying the matcha angel cake and it was divine!!
The green tea frosting on top is silky smooth and light while the cake is sooooo delicious and dreamy.

Discovered that this branch serves the same food as Noble Spice in Central so decided to try it out.
The restaurant is nice and spacious.
They give you the usual starters and pickles.
I loved the pickled shallots because they were very appetizing.
For food, I had the Indian style noodles which were loaded with vegetables but the noodles were a bit too soft.
The malai kofti was really creamy and the sauce was fiery.
The chicken kadai was aromatic with green peppers and spices while the chicken was tender and succulent.

The strawberry lassi was a bit weak because it seemed diluted and tasted like Yoplait.

Had a great time here with some fellow BBCs.
We had the Fish and Chips which was interesting.
The texture of the fish was like and jelly and the chips were not chips but waffle fries.

Came here again for a drink.
This time got the new pink drink and $20 gets donated to a local charity.
The drink was quite slushy and cold with a strong banana taste with hints of beetroot and other fruits and veggies.
