The new Kowloon branch of Paradise Dynasty is conveniently located near the MK mtr exit.
Since my last visit, there were some new dishes so I tried them.
New to the menu were the spicy fishes and the Typhoon shelter crab dumplings.

Had the lettuce rolls with sesame seed sauce.

This was just simple rolled lettuce held together by a piece of cucumber to be dipped in their homemade sesame sauce.
I loved this because it was just like eating sesame salad in a convenient way packed with so much lettuce in one bite covered in delicious sweet sesame sauce.

Typhoon shelter crab dumplings:

It definitely had the taste of Typhoon shelter crab with a mixture of spiciness, garlic and a crab taste but I found it too spicy.

Grilled mandarin fish with tofu in mapo sauce:

The sauce had a fragrant Sichuan peppercorn taste to it but I found it a bit too sweet.

Fish fillets topped with chopped chillies:

I loved this dish, the fish was extremely silky and boneless with a brilliant chili kick to it.
I ordered rice to go with it because it was that good.

Chilled baby spinach with vermicelli:

A lovely light appetizer of spinach, carrots and vermicelli in a tangy vinaigrette sauce.

Chilled jellyfish head in soy sauce vinaigrette:

The jellyfish was similar to the dish above.

Stir fried bittermelon in XO sauce:

The bittermelon could have been cooked longer because it was a bit hard but the XO sauce was quite nice.

As well as the food, the staff were really nice, they did not rush me to order, they gave me extra bread and offered to refill tea.

The steak I had was big and good because it was juicy and tender.

Got the breakfast burrito at Cali-Mex because it has a hash brown in it.
The hash brown at Cali-Mex is really nice because it is made of finely shredded potato.
It would be good if you could choose the hash brown as a choice like spinach so that there are more choices for the vegetarian breakfast bowls.
The current choices for breakfast bowls are spinach, bacon and chorizo.
Every bite of the burrito was delicious, the gooey cheese, tangy salsa, scrambled eggs and delicious bacon.
It was a bit messy to eat hence there are no pictures.

Went here because KC recommended this on IG and the fact that there was an English menu.
I always order the savoury soy milk if it is on the menu because it is my favourite.
Basically it was like savoury soy milk soup with bits of fried dough sticks, pickles and dried shrimps.

The soy milk is unsweetened and there is sugar on the table if you want to add it.

The star was this cake filled with meat and chives which tasted quite nice but the filling tends to fall out though.
The next dish was a bit oily for me but ok for the others because it was cheap and the portion was big.

I wish I bought two because it was divine.
The key is the filo pastry because it is really delicate and not oily filled with tasty mashed up curry vegetables in the middle.

It was too hot for a coffee, so I had the fizzy orange juice while my friends had coffees.

My fizzy orange was actually really good because it had real orange juice in it and a nice fizz.
Here were the coffees they had, one was latte and the other one was hand dripped coffee which is different everytime because they use different beans every two weeks so you will have to ask what beans they are using.

The hand dripped coffee was interesting, there was a nifty gadget where they place it on scales and the phone app corresponds with a timer and weight.

Looking romantically red it was actually mostly creamy caramel in the middle.

This went well with coffee.
It was silky chocolate mousse with soft chocolate sponge cake in the middle complemented by a nice orange flavour to it.

The mango tango was quite summery and fruity with mango and passionfruit.
I liked the pistachio sponge in the middle.
