On this visit, ordered the braised efu noodle in black bean sauce with spare ribs.
When it came, it was obviously stir fried because some of it was crispy and the rest was soaked in oil.

The next dish was also disappointing because the chicken had been in the freezer for a while as it was chewy, dark and dehydrated.

I really disliked the fluorescent bright yellow sauce!

Discovered that Loyal Dining are doing a $5 promotion on the red bean drink but unfortunately I don't like red beans. 
Anyway, tried the new ujimatcha pudding which came hot so I had to wait for it to cool down before eating it because it was too hot that day to eat anything hot.
The pudding was loaded with red beans if you like red beans but I found it a bit sweet.

There are so many tempting restaurants in Sheung Wan and I was contemplating whether to eat here or somewhere else.

Ended up eating here.
As usual the charsiu was sold out.

Since my last visit, the hygiene has improved so I ate more this time.
Tried the new whelk skewers but they were not my cup of tea because the marinade was too sweet.

The flower of love 花之戀 was terrible because they used salad cream and not kewpie mayonnaise which just ruined the taste.

There are three shops and on this visit I went to the middle one.

When my bowl of vermicelli came, the liver broth looked promising but the liver itself was not as good as the shop on the right near the corner because it was not velvety enough.
I dont normally drink coke, but the coke was good.

If you're looking for a quiet afternoon, this is the place to go on a Saturday afternoon because restaurants in WC are quiet as all the office people are off.

Previously this spot used to be Khana Khazana but not anymore and Sun Thai Restaurant used to be at W Square which was quite a trek from the MTR.

Had the stir fried glass vermicelli which came with a drink and the baked bread with curry and soft shell crab.

This was my favourite because I love bread, the curry sauce in the middle was light with fine egg strands in it that was great for dipping the bread.

The soft shell crab was ok but a bit over fried for my liking.

This was basically sprite with half a salted lemon added to it.

It is a weird drink but I like the saltiness.

As I am going back to UK for a month, I need to get people some stuff from Hong Kong and since it is getting close to Autumn festival, this is one of the items.
From now until the end of August you can get a $50 cash coupon back if you spend $600 or get two $50 cash coupons if you spend $1200 or more when you pre-order which was easy for me because I have to get it now as I am flying tomorrow.

There is a new Lucullus Chocolate cafe in Tsuen Wan but I am too busy to try it out so will probably go there when I am back in September so see you in a bit!!

Both boxes have the new chocolate bar with freeze dried fruits and nuts on top.
