Came here last year and the menu was a mix of Western and Indian dishes but now it is back to normal which is great because I love Indian dishes.

The menu is slightly different to the NP branch and there are some exclusive dishes here.

(The ones on the label without a dish number.)

Went for the exclusive dishes and here was what I had:

prawn pakora:
This was delicious and a must order!!!

Springy prawns coated in a delicious spicy batter coating.

It was paired with a white sauce but I prefer their spicy chutney.

Flawless as usual.

Lamb saag:
Delicious soft chunks of lamb with deliciously light blended spinach.

Beef korma:
I don't normally see beef korma on the menu because it is normally chicken or veg korma.

The korma is sweet and not spicy which is recommended for people who can't eat spicy dishes.

Finished with a sweet and soothing lassi.

I have always wanted to try this Shanghai joint but when I get to Gough Street I end up going to other eateries.
Finally tried it and the food and service was good.
There are other branches but I would recommend this branch because it is less busy and the staff speak English.

Dandan noodles:
A nice strong peanut flavour to it and the noodles were really tasty if you eat them quick because I don't like them soft.

The chicken was impressive!~

It was big chunks of chicken and not just skin and bones like other places.

I loved this because the watercress had a lovely crisp crunch and grassy taste to it.

These were nice but I prefer the watercress ones.

After trying so many tea sets at DK Cuppa Tea, I think this is the best one because it has a touch of Royalty and the food is good.

There are a pair of bears gliding gracefully in the courtyard surrounded by other bears.

The tea set was paired with my favourite tea and it was a very memorable one because this was the first tea I had at DK Cuppa in Soho.
The pairing of chocolate, lavender and rose was wonderful.

The experience begins with five magic cards, each card leads to a unique essential oil.
 A complementary postcard is there for you to write your wishes and post it in the royal mailbox at outside.

Before you start, you are crowned with their elegant Tiaras so you can experience tea with a Royal touch.

I began with the savoury treats  and everything there was my favourite such as cheese, salami, Foie gras pate paired with water biscuits.

The best part was surprisingly the English meat balls with mashed potato in bolognese Sauce because the mash and sauce tasted like proper English Shepherds pie.

After finishing the savories, I moved on to the flawless scones.
For sweet treats, there was a fine union jack hazelnut macaron.

Then I had the fragrant black truffle cheesecake topped with a dark chocolate golden crown.

There was also a cute chocolate bear as well but sadly that had to be devoured.

Last but not least was the rich rose chocolate cake filled with gooey chocolate in the middle.

It was definitely a brilliant experience because they make it memorable every time.

I believe this is the only tea house in Hong Kong that lets you have so much fun.

Went here again because I love their congee.
The congee is flavourful, you can taste the fruit peel, oysters and I even found duck in it but you have to be careful of brittle bones.
Unfortunately while I was enjoying my congee, this fxxking cockroacxx ran across the table.
Apparently this is not the first incident because there was another review on this matter in august.

Went here for a Christmas gathering but had the flu so everything tasted bland.

Started with the oyster soup which I remember because there was  a thick and strong oyster taste.

Next was the arugula salad which I also remember because it was very bitter in a creamy sesame sauce.

For mains we shared this huge Tomahawk which was meaty and grilled perfectly.

For dessert we had this pineapple and cheese pizza which I thought was weird but it was quite nice.
I wouldn't classify it as a pizza because the base is like a thin cracker.

It's drawing near winter finally, a popular time for hotpots, snake soup and preserved sausages in Hong Kong.
At Kee Wah, they have traditional preserved sausages which are on promotion now until the 21st of December so they would make a great gifts during Winter Solstice gatherings.
Both sausages had fragrant Chinese wine in it which you could smell when they were being steamed and when they were ready to eat.
Personally I prefer liver sausages because I love that rich taste with pieces of liver infused with fragrant wine that is really strong .
