there used to be a few burmese joints in but closed down so u have to go to macau for it.
went here on a hot day so had the salad.
service wasnt friendly.
the salad was quite spicy when the staff said it wasnt spicy which was why i ordered.
anyway it was really salty as well which ruined it.
it was so salty to the extent that you could pair it with two bowls of rice.

I can't keep away from this place because I love Katte dons.This time I tried the uni don because it feels so good having a whole board of uni to yourself.
The uni was just creamy and delicious that I kept downing the rice and had to ask for more.
The minced tuna had some texture to it because they put mini crispy fishes that gave it some flavour.

The eel was as good as before but presented in a slightly different way.

A friend was leaving HK so had dinner with her at IZA because there is a train direct to the airport from Elements.
Started  with some skewers which were all grilled perfectly.
I definitely recommend the fish because it costs around $100 and normally it costs 3 times as much.
The fish was delicate and the skin was crispy complimented nicely by the refreshing sauces and lemon.

I thought I had tried all their shortcake flavours but I missed one and that was the eggyolk!
To be honest I didn't even know about it until a friend told me.
It tastes interesting because there is sweet chewy pineapple and then there is a whole starchy egg yolk in the middle.
But anyway, quite palatable.

I was still hungry so decided to get some snacks from here.
Contemplated on getting the spicy shaomai or the sausage.
Decided to get the sausage because I wasn't sure how spicy the sauce was.
Luckily I got the sausage because the sauce was too spicy for me and you can easily get rid of the sauce whereas the shaomai absorbs it.
The chicken sausage was soft and gritty and fiery because of the sauce.

Went past this place three times and wondered whether to try it out or not.
I deeply regretted it because it was a waste of money.
The fish shaomai very too fishy for my liking and the chili sauce was strangely sweet.
The mock shark fin soup was loaded with stuff like black fungus, glass vermicelli, weird pork mince but the thing that ruined it was SODIUM, it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo salty!
The bowl was weird too, it was those opaque plastic dessert bowls which are not designed for hot foods.

Sadly I forgot that I tried a similar appetizer before at Hana musubi as I didn't like it and therefore I didn't like it this time either because the seasoning was too sweet.
The soybeans and edamame beans were hard which was disappointing as I was expecting them to be starchy and soft.
