Went here again because the food was good last time.My friend was on holiday in HK so took them here because they love cocktails
The best thing is that they serve local drinks as cocktails like the famous lemon tea and Drunken Red Bean Ice Float.
I have to admit the  lemon tea cocktail was really good because it tasted like an alcoholic version of lemon tea and presented innocently like it wasn't alcoholic!!
Tried the shrimp paste chicken wings which were crispy with a prawn paste salty touch to it.

The meat came off the bone easily and it was tender and full of flavours so I was glad I ordered this.

For carbs, had the squid pasta, another tasty and filling dish.

Finished off with the chunky churros with a Chinese twist because  there was creamy evilicious egg yolk in the sauce.

Although it seems like recently I was here for the Dolls noodles but it also felt like ages since I have been here.
Anyway, they now serve dinner sets and craft beers.
For the dinner set, you start off with soup and a delicious Caesar salad.


Then you get to choose from the snacks where I chose the wings and dumplings.
The wings were fried just right with a crisp skin and it tasted good without the sauce.

Next were the dumplings and the brown sauce which tasted like hoisin sauce matched the dumplings very well.

For mains, had the seafood risotto which was very tangy.

The meatball linguine was absolutely fab because it was spicy infused with Asian herbs.

Before going in, there were lots of press cutting on the windows about this place yet the prices of the noodles were fairly inexpensive.
It was really difficult choosing what to eat because there were so many combinations that seemed delicious.
The portions turned out to be quite small but they all tasted delicious so it was forgivable.
The beef in the beef curry was quite tough.
The fish skin is highly recommended because of the sauce and the texture is not as springy as the ones in Hong Kong but then it depends if you like it springy or soft.

Went here because it was empty as I could have some peace and quiet.
I thought it was the usual Chinese pub grub but it turns out that they serve Thai noodles during the day under a different catering group which does not belong to Bar Pacific.

Anyway, I was quite gutted because in two days time, they will launch two new noodles so I will probably come back and try them.

On this visit, it was surprisingly good, the format was like Japanese and Cantonese noodles where you tick the available options.
The best thing is that you can choose to have the noodles soft or harder.

You also get to choose chili powder which I did, so I opted for a little bit which turned out quite powerful.
Most restaurants I tried before have chili powder which don't really give a kick.
Anyway, the noodles turned out really delicious and tasty because of the chili and the texture of the noodles were perfect and slightly thinner than the usual Cambodian noodles.

Also had the snacks, the chicken feet salad was really good, they had a decent fiery kick and tanginess.

The octopus croquettes were not as exciting as the noodles and chicken feet.

Went here because the food was reasonably priced.
Had the crispy pork chop which was coated in bread crumbs.
I liked the way it was laced with fragrant black pepper.
Next were the noodles, it was tossed in delicious gravy.
My coconut milkshake was surprisingly good because it was mixed with coconut water which gave it a soothing sweetness.

Size matters for me so I was captivated by this face sized Danish which was huge, you can see how big it was compared to the French looking Pan de Chocolat which was actually a Matcha cream puff.
The taste was ok but the sweetness and icing tasted really different to the ones in UK.
The overall taste was too buttery and the icing was even.
Also tried the Akita rice flour edamame bun.
It was soft and fluffy but there was not much taste to it.

Since my last visit, the food and service has deteriorated.
Firstly the staff clearly didn't want to answer questions or take orders.
The squid roll was dry and tasteless, it seemed like it had been in the fridge for ages because people don't order it.
The bittermelon was no longer available.
The beef noodles were ok but not as good as the first visit because the broth was weak and the beef wasn't that good.
