Rarely do I eat KFC in Hong Kong because they just suck.
Firstly the chicken coating is a totally different recipe, secondly the chickens are anorexic and thirdly the queues and wait for food is not fast at all.
Anyway as I was in TKO, I passed by and discovered the new Sweet Box which was empty!!

They had self service kiosks which was brilliant, now you can skip the lines but I wonder how long the wait would be for them to prepare your order.

On the regular menu, they had pineapple soda.

The price of one piece of chicken!

It was mainly softserve, sundaes, floats, frappes, tea floats and drinks which is so different to the sweet selection in UK where you get delicious shakes like Krushems and softserve Kreme Balls.
Ordered the grapefruit float and the Earl Grey Tea float.
Strangely they asked what syrup I wanted for my Earl Grey as I was expecting plain Earl Grey.
Luckily it was a mistake or it would be weird and the English and Chinese menu do not seem to be consistent as it says red tea in Chinese but Earl Grey in English.
Anyway, the grapefruit soda was pretty good as it was a concoction of grapefruit syrup and carbonated water.

The only complaint is that there is not much drink in the cup as I only saw her pour half a can into the cup which shows how much ice is in the drink.

Went here again because I was super hungry.
Ideally I was going to order the ravioli but portions are small so I ended up ordering the fish with rice.
Tried the spicy tomato sauce which was new and it was actually very spicy just like African Chili.
The fish was the usual frozen stuff but at least they are generous with the portions.

I rarely go to this stretch of WTS but was in the area after going to some Chinese Roast shop nearby.
This Pho joint is evidently popular as it is at the busy stretch of the residential area.
The menu has a lot of offer and they also have another branch in Tsuen Wan.
Started with my favourite appetizer, the steamed rice pancakes.
They were filled with delicious filling and the black pepper was very aromatic so it was very tasty and it had red dried shrimps hence the rosy red colour.

Next were the stars of the show, my friend had the locomotive pho while I had the Raw Beef Pho.
I really appreciated fresh basil which gives the soup a lovely flavour and aroma.
The broth had  a nice rich beef flavour yet it was clear.
Overall not bad quality for the WTS neighbourhood.
Will try the TW shop next time.
Finished with the Vietnamese Coffee which was really good as it wasn't strong but my friend preferred stronger ones.

Pumpkin to me has always been a vegetable and all that springs to mind is Halloween and pumpkin soup.
In America, pumpkin is consumed a lot during Thanksgiving because of Pumpkin pies.
In Hong Kong, it is made into desserts and dishes.
As a fan of CheckCheckCin I am always checking out the new drinks and this time they had the winter warming Pumpkin which definitely reminded me of Thanksgiving because of the Cinnamon.
The drink contains pumpkin, pine nuts, ginger, cinnamon and rice water.
When it came, it was like a watered down pumpkin soup with lovely Cinnamon spices.
It was very palatable and not too sweet but the only thing I didn't like were the pine nuts as you had to be careful not to choke on them.

I love sausages especially British sausages which are a different thing to Frankfurters.
The reason I don't eat a lot of meat sausages is that they contain bits of fat and gristle that are quite off putting even though it does help to make it tasty.
Here comes the Beyond Sausage which is vegan!!
Compared to the Beyond Burger the sausage is tastier as you have the herbs like sage and thyme encased in the sausage like membrane.
The only thing that let it down was the bun which was hard, too crispy and chewy which are telltale signs that it has been here for a while.

This joint has been here for a while and I am glad they are doing well.
Only got the musubis because these were the only items I was interested in.
Strangely I was overcharged but anyway I was in a rush so didn't check.
The musubis were very firm and you could tell they were made by hand.
The taste was a little disappointing because it was just saltiness and that was it and I couldn't taste the kelp.

To be honest, I have never heard of this place until my friend discovered it.
If I had went myself I would have given up as the door bell does not work!!
You are greeted by a lady who gives you that grandmother feeling.
The food selections were good and I managed to find a few items that I liked such as the fried rice which had delicious pieces of galangal ginger in it.
The soup was good so I was satisfied.
The only improvement was the hygiene and state of the floor.
