Went here a while ago and ordered the hot tea.
The taste was ok and there was a roasted tea taste but the weirdest thing was that they put hot tea in a sealed paper cup.
No way am I going to drink that with a straw.
The cup would implode when it cools so to be safe I peeled the lid off to drink it.

I was hungry one day and lost on what to eat in Central so went here as they had the Lasagna!!!
You get HKD10 off when you purchase a drink so either way you save money on the drink or lasagna whichever way you look at it.
Although I was expecting it to taste good but there was something special about it.
After tasting it carefully I realized it had LEAF CELERY (Chinese celery) which gave it that special crunch and taste as well as their finely chopped carrots.
The minced meat in it was fresh which was just perfect.

Previously tried the Roundhouse in Wanchai which was quite good so went to the Central Branch.The menu is a bit different and I was hoping they would serve some lemonade or milkshake being American but they didn't.
Anyway had the beef brisket which is like HKD100 for about 5 thin slices.
It was too fat for my liking compared to the pictures posted by others on SM.
The star of the show was the coleslaw which was very TART, I love stuff that is refreshing or drenched in vinegar.
The mac and cheese looked promising as they used proper mac and not ribbed mac.
Unfortunately, the mac and cheese was salty beyond belief so had to get it changed.
The second one was still salty but not as salty as the first but still unacceptable.

Syrupy Juice
This shop is really popular in HH because there isn't a competitor for fresh juices.Anyway, ordered the cherry and apple juice.
I was pretty annoyed as she ran out of apples and put Asian pears instead which I hate because they are sweet and syrupy.
I couldn't quite taste the apple or cherries and it was rather syrupy sweet so I didn't like it.

Times have changed!

Tai On Building used to be like the slums of East Hong Kong with small yet affordable eateries.

Shockingly, Tiger Sugar have a shop there either upgrading the status of Tai On Building or degrading itself!
As there was no queue, I decided to try it.
It must be easier than before getting the Tiger Sugar franchise as it is just popping all over the place.
After shaking it vigorously to mix the brown sugar and milk, it was ready to drink.
The milk and brown sugar was a perfect balance and you can taste the fragrant brown sugar.
The pearls were soft and chewy.

Out of curiosity went to the new High Speed station to have a look.
I didn't feel at ease there because there was something not quite right about it.
Anyway, decided to grab a quick bite and leave.

MaoMaoEat was a quick option as the burger place seemed like a wait.
Had the sandwich with scrambled egg and luncheon meat.
The taste was very bland but after adding ketchup it was so much nicer and the bread was soft and fluffy.
Will try the other branch of this at TaiKwan as they serve the beyond meat scrambled egg burger.

Day and Nite by Master Kama has been around MK since 2015!!!

I was hesitant in trying as it is located in MK but it has proven itself worthy by being here for four years which is a good sign!

They are famous for lobster rolls and the lobster cheese toast!
There is a set for $468 which includes a lobster roll, grilled lobster and the lobster pot which deemed fit for two so I tried it.
To be honest, I think this deal would be good for any celebration or even Valentines Day.

In reality, it was so good that I regretted sharing it.

Tried the lobster roll first which was pretty much the same as the ones in the US and London where the chunky delicate lobster meat is sitting in a crispy butter roll dressed in creamy delicious mayonnaise.

The grilled lobster was conveniently cracked open.
There was a lot of tomalley in the cavity of the head which was a bonus as dipping the fries in it was just heaven.

Finished with the lobster pot where you can choose udon/rice.
I was expecting this to be just a filler but it was shockingly delicious.

As well as the rice in this tasty lobster sauce, there was fresh octopus and shrimps to give it that extra seafood richness.
To summarize if you have a big appetite you won't want to share it but it is actually good enough for two.
Hopefully it will taste just as good on my next visit.

Finished with the Mint Cookies and melon float.
