Went here a while ago and the food was disappointing.
The menu changed so they didn't have the chilled sago cream with avocado and chocolate which was served in 2017 according to a menu photo on openrice.
The choice of chicken was impressive, they had Crispy Salted Chicken and the Crispy Chicken.
We had the crispy salted chicken which was golden and crispy.


Normally I don't bother with Chinese chicken wings but you could see it was deep fried and uniformly crispy.

As expected it was crispy and salty.
The rest of the stuff was average especially the noodles which were bland but definitely very suitable for the elderly as the sodium levels were low.

It is probably better dining here in the evenings as the lunch dimsum menu is limited and there are not many options to choose from!

There are too many drinks joints these days so if I am thirsty and one is nearby it makes sense to try it.
Tried the Earl Grey which costs HKD17.

Had it sugar free and ice free.
The Earl grey flavour was quite strong and fragrant.
It wasn't too artificial so it was quite nice.

When I got it, it didn't look like this as it was full and bubbles and looked like it had milk in it so when I asked they said it was made by the machine hence the bubbles.

Fûhn first started off in Causeway Bay and now they have expanded their third branch at Food Opera which connects to RPH hotel!
The menu is much the same except for drinks.
You can order the all day sets or order the noodles a la carte.

Ordered the brisket fuhn and the special chicken.
When you collect your noodles don't forget the herbs which make the broth tasty.

The brisket fuhn was in a lovely clear broth topped with lots of onions which help to make it sweet.
You can taste the beefiness in the broth which gets soaked up in the noodles.

The chicken is another good option as you get chicken balls, quail eggs and shredded chicken.

The chicken was nice and light so it is a nice healthy option.
Finished with the Vietnamese sausage skewers which were tasty and crispy.

At DK Cuppa, they always know how to make people smile.On this visit, it was different, we had the DK Cuppa tea set which was a cross over with iJolly so 10% of the bill goes to iJolly which you can google for more information.

Anyway, the new tea set is all about happiness so it was bright and colourful.
You get to see a short video before you begin.
For savoury items, you begin with soup which contains some Sichuan pepper which is very subtle.
In the soup, there are some abalone slices and molecular gastonomic abalone pearls which pop in your mouth.

Next were my favourite items!
MASHED POTATOES in three colours because it contains spirulina, quinoa and Argentinian Red prawn.

These can be eaten with the meatballs which were filling.

Moving on to the sweet treats, there were macarons, okra chips, figs and lemon meringue tart.




It was nicely finished with tea which is the best ending.





On the way out, you get a coin for the capsule machine which I am not spoiling the surprise here.
Glad to see DK Cuppa rise to fame via various medias.

There are three new zesty drinks at Pacific Coffee: Iced Zesty Americano, Iced Shaken Black Lemon Tea and Iced Shaken Green Tea Lemonade.
I would imagine the Americano being a bit bitter and sour so chose the green tea as the black sounds like the usual black tea with lemon in it.
The Iced Shaken Green tea lemonade was much better than it sounded as there were pieces of jelly at the bottom and the grassiness of the matcha and lemon were really refreshing together.

I love sausage rolls and I love omnipork so I had to try the omnipork sausage roll.
They also have beyond meat pies as well.
When you buy it, they reheat it for you.
I was surprised how delicious it was because you could taste all the usual sausage roll herbs.
The only thing that I wasn't prepared for was the spiciness which overpowered the everything.

The Zhongzhis at Kee Wah Bakery are delicious as well as healthy.
My favourite one was the oats and chestnuts because it was healthy.
The taste for this was rather neutral as it wasn't too sweet or savoury.
The one with red braised pork with pickled vegetables was full of flavour especially the pickled vegetables.
Mandarin peel and red beans are always a good pairing so it was good to see that filling inside the zhongzhi.
