Ordered a bowl of noodles and a main dish.

Instant noodles with pork trotters
The bowl of noodles were a mess, the beansprouts, spring onions and chives were dumped on top.
The smell of the broth was off.
The pork trotters were extremely soft and came off the bone easily.

Beef with spring onions and shallots
This was disappointing because the beef was cooked in oyster sauce and the spring onions and shallots were garnished on top.
The name of this dish in Chinese was "gingchung" which does not look like this
